Alison Bevan is a London based composer, performer, and teacher. Specialising in music for media, she has collaborated on several films and documentaries. Over the years she has acquired a large portfolio of both electronic and orchestral works, exploring a diverse range of musical genres.
As a performer, she takes part in events across London with two bands, either as a pianist or drummer.
She has also competed in multiple performance competitions, including most recently winning best percussion section for the second year at the UniBrass competition.
She also has experience as a pianist for private events such as weddings and corporate parties, and is now available for bookings.
Currently working with M: Tech, she teaches in multiple different primary schools across London. Further to this she offers private and group piano and drum kit lessons.
Her most recent project was screened at the Peruvian Embassy: 'A magical short form documentary' 'mixing sublime natural landscapes with clashing punk music'.
